In the era when virtual relations are popularised, Sex dolls, as lovers in the post-human era, is less regarded as morbid. The relationship between the owner and the sex doll even goes beyond the traditional heterosexual coexistence mode, developing deeper emotional interaction: the doll which provides the simulation of intimate relationship for human beings becomes more than a commodity. It breaks the one-way relationship between human beings and "things" and catalyses a brand-new one.
At the same time, the non-human things represented by sex dolls are no longer objects or separated from human beings. On the contrary, they interweave with our real-life and reshape our emotions. Such a new relationship will eventually affect the post-human kinship between human beings and non-human things.
Based on the limbs, shapes and materials of sex dolls, this project deforms common tools and furniture in life, trying to construct an ambiguous and safe space and atmosphere, thus inviting viewers to rethink the new relationship between human and non-human things.

Jean Baudrillard pointed out in Simulacrum that in such a "super-real" society, the boundaries between reality and falsehood, reality and imagination have disappeared through the materialisation of the subject and the subjectivity of the object. In the later stage of the development of simulacra theory, Baudrillard emphasised that reproduction technology is an important existence of "media" and has become the most important artificial object in this "simulacra" era, which is our above-mentioned "simulacra". In the simulation of the relationship between human beings and "artificial" dolls, the virtual and imaginary interaction cannot be denied by "reality" because there is no clear boundary with reality, and this interaction is the direction of the new relationship in the future society.
